Nanshy Elegant Diamond Makeup Brush Belt

Nanshy Elegant Diamond Brush BeltThis time last year I gave in my notice at Bare Minerals and prepared to hang up my brush belt and return to office life. Whilst I hated the first office I worked in I’m now very happy at Debenhams Head Office but I really do miss my brush belt and working with make up. So you can imagine my excitement when I saw this Nanshy Brush Belt at Pro Beauty for the bargain price of just £10, instead of it’s retail price of £25.

And the answer is simply because I love playing with make up, and it’s a handy way to store and carry your brushes. I didn’t have the best make up training so I had to rely on tips from friends, watching YouTube tutorials and making everyone my guinea pigs.

Whenever I go to do my make up I always have a pile of make up brushes lying around, and I even manage to put one down and then it disappears and I have to hunt for it. Tell me I’m not alone in this! Wearing a make up belt takes me back to my days on counter and I instantly feel more confident and professional in myself. And how beautiful do my Spectrum brushes look in there!

I love the design of this brush belt, how it’s so simple with the quilted faux leather and the delicate silver studs give it that little something to make it pop. This fits over 30 brushes plus has room for other beauty tools, and I can’t wait to try it out for the first time when I do my sister’s make up for the prom in a couple of weeks. Until them I’m always on the lookout for some new guinea pigs to practice make up on, specifically eye make up. Last year I finally mastered the smokey eye, which Timehop was nice enough to remind me of the other day, but I’m always looking to keep up what I do know and experimenting with other colours and looks.

How wonderful is this?! No more looking around for my favorite brushes when I’m in a hurry. Now I can have them all in one place. It’s always the little things that make life a little nicer!

This is fab – the minute I saw it I thought ‘oooh the quilting is chanelesque’. This is a great buy and whilst you may have swapped being a make-up artist to working in a office you have not lost your sense when it comes to grabbing a bargain!

It almost likes like a celine bag, the brush belt is lovely and those brushes are even lovelier. Nothing wrong with wanting to play with make up, like you said it is a great way to perfect your technique x

Such a useful bag, sometimes when I’m playing around with brushes I do the same and seem to magically lose brushes x

I have never thought about a brush belt, but it would be so much easier than hunting in bags for them! This looks really cool too
