Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette

Is that an Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette review I see? Well I must give that a read, because every blogger and their dog hasn’t been banging on about this for the past few weeks have they.

I’m sorry guys, I’m sure a lot of you are rather bored of seeing the Naked 3 Palette come up in your newsfeed but owning this is quite a noteworthy moment for me for two reasons;

1. This is the first thing I’ve ever bought from Urban Decay
2. This is most expensive piece of make up I own
Yes, you’ve read that right, I have just popped my Urban Decay cherry! I have lusted over a number of their products before but I have never actually made a purchase from them, and it’s mainly because of the price. I am not one for spending a lot of money on a product that I can more than likely get a dupe of for a lot cheaper.

As I am the bestest friend ever I bought this for Charli for Christmas, and when it got delivered I obviously snooped inside to have a quick look at the colours and to see if it lived up to the hype. WELL, half the colours are pink shades and it’s all shiny and pretty and so pigmented that I was like oh to hell with it, I’m getting one too.

So I am now the proud owner of a Naked Palette, and I’m really happy that I held out for this one because personally I’ve never been to thrilled by the first two, yawn always came to mind when I looked at them and I had similar colours in my MUA Immaculate Collection Palette which only cost £12, which at £8 cheaper than the original palette with 18 more shades, was the better option for me.

My favourite shade is Dust, followed very closely by Trick, but my favourite shade name is Nooner because I’m not going to lie it just sounds a bit rude to me and I’m easily amused.
Do you have any of the Naked Palettes? Which one is your favourite?
