Win A Kiipix Smartphone Polaroid Picture Printer

Shake it like a polaroid picture… Did you know that that’s actually a myth and to get the best exposure from a Polaroid you should leave it upside down on a surface for at least 10 seconds allowing the darkness to help develop the photo, essentially like a mini dark room. Not only did the experts behind the brand new KiiPix Smartphone Polaroid Picture Printer tell me this but they also gave me the chance to give away one of the printers to you lovely lot.

I always loved photos in polaroid format but the cameras were always quite bulky and with the improvements in mobile phone technology and the birth of snapchat filters and editing options they seemed to disappear to an extent. The first ever photos taken of me as a baby are in polaroid format, they have quite a sentimental hold on my heart so when I heard about the KiiPix Smartphone Photo Printer I was in love before I even saw it.

The easy and portable way to print your favourite memories, the KiiPix allows you print any photo directly from your mobile, snapchat bunny ears and all. Simply open the KiiPix, place your phone on the sticky side of the phone tray as shown in one of the above pictures, push the button and turn the crank for the photo to come out of the base of the KiiPix. It takes a bit of practise to begin with to get the phone lined up correctly and print the photos in the best quality but you’ll get the hang of it.

Unlike most polaroid cameras which cost quite a lot of money with you then buying specific film for it, the KiiPix is sold at a number of places including Boots for £39.99. It uses FUJIFILM Instax Mini Film which is again sold in numerous places and usually has an offer on Amazon, and the KiiPix comes in three different shades; Cherry Blossom, Jet Black and Sky Blue.

The KiiPix does not use batteries or cords making it fully portable, it has the ability to be used easily by most ages, is sold at a fraction of a price of other printers, allows to use your favourite filters and is really cute so why would you not want one in your life. The giveaway is open to UK only and ends on the 22nd September, good luck everybody.
