I know, I know, we haven’t even had Halloween yet and I’m already daring to discuss to bring up the topic of Christmas. I’m usually one of those people who refuses to take in anything Christmas related until at least November, Halloween is one of my favourite times of the year, aside from the obvious birthdays and sunshine filled days obviously, because it consists of two of the best things; Fancy Dress and Sweets! Anyway back to my wishlist…
There is currently only one item on my wishlist, and I was planning on treating myself to it on pay day, but then my Stepdad said to show my Mum it in the Boots Christmas book and she has now said she is going to get it for me, and it’s the BaByliss Curl Secret.
After watching Tanya Burr’s September Favourites video which featured the BaByliss Perfect Curl, I fell in love, and this is extremely similar but for a little bit less money. On the BaByliss website they describe the Curl Secret as “The BaByliss Curl Secret™ has pioneering Auto Curl™ technology to effortlessly create beautiful, free-flowing curls with long-lasting effect. Hair is automatically drawn gently into the ceramic curl chamber where it is softly held and gently heated from all directions to form a curl. Simply release the styler from the hair to reveal the perfect curl. With 2 heat settings and 3 timer settings for different curl effects and an automatic curl direction for a natural finish“.
I really struggle when curling my hair because it is so thick and long that I get halfway through and my arm aches and I get bored, but this looks like it makes curling so much easier, you don’t have the issue of holding your hair to the styling wand for ages and hoping that it is hot enough and has worked, as the Curl Secret does the job for you and pulls the hair in and then beeps when you should remove it. For once I’m wishing times would speed fast, just so I can have a go on this.
